Our Recent Event In Ojai

Associated Television hired us to produce the creative elements to the 2010 Celebrity Shoot in Ojai, California.  Guests stayed at the amazing Ojai Valley Inn & Spa where we styled two dinners, tournament tent, VIP Area, and the hospitality suite.

In addition to styling, we designed and created custom travel packets, signage, welcome notes and meticulously wrapped gifts that we sourced and dropped in each guests room while at their scheduled dinners.

We had a blast designing and creating and hope you enjoy these great photos taken by Chyna Photography.

After checking in guests were directed to the  hospitality suite where they received a welcome packet and gift.  We brought the outside in, decorating the room with succulents, grape wood, white birch and orchids.  Guest could relax on leather couches and munch on light snacks.

After enjoying the day, guests were invited to the herb garden on the grounds of the hotel for an elegant BBQ.  We used mini citrus trees, colorful potted herbs, citrus, moss and colorful flowers as table top decor.

Live grass tables held mini water cans that directed the guest to their tables that were numbered with mini chalkboards.

The next day guest participated in the tournament and enjoyed the VIP tent that we decorated in comfortable gray linen couches and ottomans accenting it with orange, hot pink and green.

The awards dinner was held in the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa ballroom.  A dramatic entrance with 4 foot floral cylinders and a dramatic table that guest picked up there table numbers.

Escort cards appear to be floating over top of crushed glass and live flowers

We designed the evenings awards, black ebony with etched glass.

We have to give a big thank you to Jennifer with Reveal Event Style who featured her fabulous floral artistry and Chyna with Chyna Photography who always captures the essence of every event with her stunning photos.

Easter In The Hills

We have been busy and wanted to catch you up on one of the exciting projects we have recently worked on.

Family Easter Celebration in the Hollywood Hills
We had so much fun planning and designing a fun casual Sunday Easter Celebration in the backyard of beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills.

In celebration of spring we decorated the backyard with colorful oversized spring flowers and balloons.

We accented the table tops, food buffet and bar with white ceramic vases filled with hot pink carnations and lush green kermits.

Kids enjoyed yard games, an Easter egg hunt and a kid's lounge filled with crafts and games.

Kid's lounge was complete with bean bags, art easel, paints, craft tent and games.

Adults filled up on delicious candies and confections from the custom candy bar.
